Our initial charge for investment advice is typically 1% of the new assets under management (AUM), with a minimum fee of £1,500. Ongoing annual management charges (AMC) vary depending on the size of your investment portfolio.

Why do you charge an initial fee for investment advice?

The initial fee covers a comprehensive range of services, including detailed anti-money laundering checks, comprehensive financial fact-finding and risk profiling, full initial investment and pension advice, transfer of investments from previous platforms, and customized fund selection and investment management advice.

What services are included in the ongoing annual management fee?

Our ongoing management fee ensures continuous monitoring and rebalancing of your portfolio, investment research, regular reviews, annual and half-yearly valuations, ongoing financial planning, re-risking assessments, routine tax advice, and keeping you updated with HMRC pension and ISA rules.

Do you charge VAT on your services?

As an Advisory firm dealing primarily in retail products like investment trusts and unit trusts, we are exempt from charging VAT on our services. (Discretionary firms have to charge VAT).

Are there any exit or performance fees?

No, we do not charge any exit or performance fees. Our fee structure is transparent and straightforward.
